    Prince50 Bullet Button HELP!

    Hi,
I've searched the forum for DETAILED help on how to install the bullet button but had no luck. Could someone help me figure this thing out. I've gotten the upper and lower recievers taken apart, and thats where my progress stops lol. I have no idea where to go on from there :|

Your title confuses me. Are you installing a Bullet Button? Or Prince 50?

My latest batch of BB were not threaded correctly, they would not screw on to the mag catch. I have 50 or so to re-thread. Maybe you got one too.

If you're in SoCal, I'd be happy to install it for you.

Kate, I'm serious about my offer. You're the one who bought from J&J recently, right? I'm local to OC as well, and would be happy to help you.

To remove a normal mag button, you need to press it in far enough so that the mag-catch on the opposite side of the receiver clears the circular "hump", then unscrew it until it pops out.

Remove all the parts, and then place the mag catch back in, holding it in as far as it will go.

Now place the bullet button into the mag-button hole on the opposite side, insert the spring, and then press in the little nut (with the slot facing outside) and rotate it until it catches the threads on the mag-catch. Keep rotating it until you can let go of it without it flying across the room.

Now you just need a screwdriver (or a handcuff key) to finish installing it.

Unscrew the mag catch itself. It can be kinda hard to pull on it and unscrew at the same time, so pressing on the mag button with a punch or tool can help.
