Interestingly enough they use the new memo as proof of the legality of the rifles.

If you click on the green "AK-47/AR-15 Type Receivers" brings up that memo.

Lol, they updated their website for the new memo, but apparently have not actually read it. If they did, they would realize that there is NOT a Cat 4 situation any more, and that their rifles are just as illegal.

The Bushmaster CARBON-15 is the only stripped Bushmaster lower reciever that can be imported into the state lawfully during the off-list craze. Yeah, I certainly share the pain many of you must feel because I'm a Bushmaster/Armalite guy NOT a Colt guy. Hopefully this goes on longer and Bushmaster comes out with a new stripped lower (suggestion: XM-CA) that is NOT on the list and is legal for sale. One can only hope.
