Just thought I would share my Spikes 22 build with the forum.

Built on a Sun Devil upper and lower.

Thanks, It shoots great.
No problems so far, about 500 rounds down range at this point.

What's a sun devil upper? WHo makes it? I've been looking for other .22lr AR uppers since it takes ages for Spike's to get one to you in the mail. I found a bushmaster one for <$400 and some other thing I can't remember for <$500. Didn't see a sun devil one.

How much were the parts for your complete rifle, if you don't mind me asking?

Here is the thing about Spikes and why they are so backed up. They do not use the modified Ceiner in their uppers, they have manufactured their own. They have little to no feeding issues

The Sun Devil upper is just a billet reciever upper manufactured by Sun Devil manufactureing. I liked it for its lack of shell deflector and forward assist. The lower is also manufactured by Sun Devil. I like matching upper and lower componets.

The barrel and bolt come from Spikes Tacticle. The barrel the is marked
