I am swapping out scopes on a rifle, and I have PA 30mm rings on it. The new scope is a 1" model. And of course, since it has been years, I have no idea where the shims that came with the rings went. I sent an email to PA about buying another set of shims to replace them on the Friday before Christmas, figuring they would get back to me whenever, and let me know how to go about ordering them. They sent me an email that night saying they were sending me another set for free. It showed up here at my office today, after the USPS wasn't able to deliver it here on Christmas eve because we were closed. That is why I love using that company. Good products, great prices, and incredible customer service.

The o rings on my adjustment caps for my red dot were getting dry and cracked. I sent them an email about it, no response, but literally like two days later I had two fresh o rings in the mail. PA is what all other CS should be like

A couple weeks back, I made a purchase late on a Friday afternoon (4ish). I messed up on the shipping address and hurriedly call the CS service #. Guess who picks up and proceeds to correct my shipping info? Marshal, the CEO, if I'm not mistaken.

I ordered a micro dot Monday night after hours. I put in the comments section to mark out the cost on the receipt because it was being sent as a gift. I knew it wouldn't get there by Christmas, I just told my dad to keep an eye out for a package. It got there this morning, fast shipping and great customer service.
