    Scratch inside barrel?

I was cleaning my Saiga after my last range visit and I noticed this scratch(I believe) inside the barrel about right where the gas tube is pinned.

The rest of the barrel is shiny except this spot. Should there be cause for concern? Barely has about a 100 rounds down the pipe.

I'd be willing to bet you're looking at the gas port.

Any change in accuracy? If not, I wouldn't worry about it.

That looks like a small dent caused by the gas block pin being close to the bore. I have an S12 and it has the same mark in the bore from the gas block pin, the 12ga barrel is extremely thin. If it doesn't affect the accuracy of the barrel I wouldn't worry about it.

Proper disposal is to render the barrel unusable. Preferably by shooting it out.

It's on the top. It just looks like its burred, but it shoots good.

About an 1" at 50 yds with Tula ammo fmj.

I can't properly dispose of it, it's such a fun rifle to shoot.

Yeah, I know more of the AR platform than the AK. I just thought that it would be machined a lot smoother there.
