Besides that, the stripper clips are two totally different shapes and look nothing alike.

Not the Mosin or SKS stripper clips. The 300 Blackout has too small a rim/case head diameter. It's the same as 5.56/.223, so stripper clips for those will work.

SKS strippers are cheap, work fairly well and are widely available.
