Commercial Ammo in M1 Garand

Not sure if this is a Was having a conversation with Twystd1 the other day and he informed me about this study conducted that proves commercial ammo is safe to use in Garands using a ported gas screw:

After reading through this I have a very complete understanding of how the gas operation of garands work and feel more comfortable with the idea of running commercial ammo in a garand.

Does anyone own one of these garand gear gas screws?

Have their gas screw in my favorite shooting Garand. Having shot a fair amount of Federal American Eagle commercial 30.06 since the swap with no issues. Good alternative to adjustable plugs.
