TR Enabling 80%, safety out of spec - any advice?

Had an armorer look at my completed 80% TR Enabling and the safety is out of spec. Apparently there is a little too much distance between the two holes and the safety doesn't grab but spins 360.

Anyone experienced this issue or would have any advice/recommended someone who can work some magic?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Are you saying the detent doesn't engage the slot in the selector?

If your selector holes are that far off, the detent is the least of your worries.

The trigger bar isn't going to engage the selector, either.

I had bought an 80% from a member here. Rented his mill and the jig fixture was not made for the 80% I had purchased from him. Anyways the selector was out of spec causing the safe to be crooked, and the fire off.

If I only knew, I would've went another route.
