Tavor optics, what are you going with.

So now that there seems to be quite a few Tavor calgunners out there, what optics have you all decided on for your Tavors?

I started with an eotech 553 on mine as I had an extra one in the parts box. The 553 works great on the Tavor. Zeroed at 50, it made for fast close in shots and decent precision out to 100 using the center 1 moa dot.

I just ordered a Meprolight m21 chevron reticle for it as I like clone rifles and the Meprolight is the "correct" optic for the rifle. I'll give a report on the m21/Tavor combo once I get it, and get it sighted in.

So, which optic are you using and do you plan on keeping it or getting something else.

Tac, good point. Please feel free everyone to post some Tavor porn with your optic setup if you have a chance. While function should always be top priority, form certainly has its place in desirability

Same - went with the Aimpoint Micro H-1. A perfect fit for a CQB rifle.

I'm starting with an EoTech 512, then going to try out my Aimpoint Comp M2 which i haven't used yet.

I have the Mepro 21 on mine. Just like you, I wanted the "proper" optic for the gun. I'll post a pic later.

I put an Aimpoint Comp M4S on mine.

No reason not to put the red dot all the way up front, there's no handguard to throw off the zero like an AR.

Bushnell trs-25, one day it will get a micro or rmr if i can stop buying other stuff. The trs is great and all i really need unless I start bashing it on the ground.

not to crap on your tavors or derail the thread, but how is this conceptually different than a f2000 (which i would like to have... very eventually)? is it just ergos?
