No, it isn't. Not to L.A., anyway, unless you are a vendor in L.A. Last time I checked, PSA wasn't even in CA.

However, they don't understand this, just as so many Californians, and choose not to ship ammo to L.A.

I have never heard of PSA selling rebuild kits.

I totally get the confusion and don't blame companies for not wanting to get caught up in anything and not wanting to chance it.

For ammo in L.A., Cabela's is good to go.

For rebuild kits there are plenty of vendors at the top of the forum. Try Exile Machine, or help out other Calgunners in the Marketplace.

I had the same thing happen to me. I have bought from them in the past before tier new policy. On the checkout screen it doesnt say anything about rebuild kits.

It just says no illegal products will be shipped, and since rebuild kits aren't illegal...

Anyways I got the email yesterday.
