I have an AMD 65 kit, and was wondering about using a AKM (AK47 7.62x39 Flat w/o trunnion holes) from ak builder instead of the AMD flat, and use a fixed stock rear trunnion. The reason would be to eliminate the folding stock and just throw a regular fixed stock on there and call it a day since i dont care for the wire folder, or will the kit only work with the AMD flat/ nodak spud receiver? I saw that they sell the fixed stock trunnions and note that they are "great for converting your AMD65 or underfolder to a fixed stock". So i just want to make sure i can do this before i go and buy the parts. Thanks
