hi guys! saw this at gunbroker. A Brake?? Is this really ca legal? on a 10/22?

correct me if I am wrong but it dosent matter, 10/22 is rimfire, therefor the assault weapons ban dose not apply.

As stated by Multon, since it's a rimfire, it doesn't matter.

As for if it is a Flash Hider or a Brake, it could be either. Without seeing the muzzle end of the device you can't be sure. If it's end is opened up, then it's a Flash Hider. If the end has a hole just larger than the bullet, it may be considered a Brake.
