.308 AR BCG's?

Why is it so hard to find .308 BCG's specifically DPMS? Not interested in off brands.

I just did not want a link to the 7.62 Industries one, have heard some bad reviews about it and considering they are no longer in business not something I want to spend money on.

Just get an Armalite or JP. Before anyone gets their barrel extensions in a twist... All the bolt and carriers are dimensionally the same. You can interchange complete assemblies with no issues, just check the head space.

Kaliracer are you saying an Armalite BCG will work in a DPMS pattern rifle? All research I have done says they are not interchangeable. This is going to be a Mega Maten MKM Build with a Mega barrel as well.

Have you tried Fulton Armory? They have stripped standard and side cocker chromes

They work just fine, as I stated just the complete group. You don't want to mix the bolts and carriers. Just check the head space. The extensions are the same for both patterns.

This is the tech note from JP about using their bolt and carrier in an AR-10 and the reverse is true as well.

"With the Armalite/Rock River family of large-frame receivers, this assembly can only be used as a complete bolt carrier assembly group. "

DPMS 308 bolts seem to be out of stock everywhere. But you could get a DPMS bolt carrier ( http://www.grafs.com/retail/catalog/...roductId/26610 ) and a JP bolt.

AFAIK the bolt has to match the barrel extension, but usually you can specify when ordering the barrel.
