reuse crush washer

I just got a new kx3 it came with a new crush washer. washer But it indexes almost perfect with the old washer (needs about a 1/4 turn) can i just re-use it i dont have a vise and the new washer needs another 3/4 of a turn to index properly

It's OK as long as it is snug.

Yes just use common sense, I've seen people reusing crush washer to the point where they become part of the bolt.....
And don't over tighten

Yes, you can get away with reusing it... just don't overtighten it and flatten the washer so that the ID of the washer crushes into the barrel. It's a little tough to get off at that point, guess how I know!

Since your KX3 came with a new washer, I'd use it. Crush washers are cheap.

I want to use the old washer because I can get the 1/4 of a turn by holding the upper with my hands. I don't have a vise or a way to hold the upper in a vise to get the 3/4 of a turn that it would need with the new washer
