7.62x39 buffer question

i'm building a 7.62x39 ar and i need to find out if i need a heavy buffer or will the standard spring and buffer work? i'm going to use an magpul moe fixed stock kit that comes with a tube, buffer , and spring.

Personally I use an standard a2 buffer with an xtra power spring from wolf, I swapped out the orginal one and not looked back
