Can't get through to Daniel Defense? Anybody else?

So I'm waiting on an AR barrel/gas block that I ordered back in May of this year. They gave me a time frame and I waited twice that before giving them a jingle to check status. At that time they told me the barrel was ready, but production of the low profile gas block was delayed and it might be 2 more months. So the past couple of days I called them (during business hours) a total of 4 times. After choosing extension #1 (placing an order/ order status), it rings roughly 12 times and then the call gets ended on their side. This is NOT a company bashing thread. They have been great!!! Just looking to see if others are experiencing the same. I can imagine they are overloaded. I just want to make sure I haven't been forgotten or skipped in line. I did send them an e-mail today. Hopefully I will hear back one way or another...

Maybe it is Range friday? If I owned a huge gun manufacturing company like that we would close at noon on every friday and BBQ on the private firing range and test out the new products.

Aaaha! An audit by the ATF makes sense... Thanks for shedding some light on that for me... I'll just give them some time to get back to normal...

Yeah, they were audited this week.

It happens, when you hold an FFL the ATF can audit you when they feel like it.
