Are Olympic Ar's banned in California?

My dad has a Olympic ar at my grandfathers house in Carson city NV, I did the flow chart and his model isn't listed under that banned rifles list but I have never seen one for sale here.. If I put a bullet button on it is it good to go?

look down Appendix B a little bit... make sure the model is not listed... but i would use caution..

      with a Free Floating Piston...

It means all "PCR" models made by Olympic Arms.
