Su16 junk yes to call Glock junk is far from the truth, almost every company has made a polymer framed gun, even Springfield, I don't see the advantage to a Sig or an M1A.

We could debate this until we are blue in the face and still disagree. I will grant you that the Glock is a quality weapon but I would never buy one. I was trained on a Sig, that is what I am comfortable on, that is what I trust. I also had a bad experience with a Glock that left a bad taste in my mouth. I would personally recommend a Sig, Hk, or even a Beretta before a Glock.

The AR/M1-A debate is a little more complicated. They are totally different animals, and hard to fairly compare. I will grant you that the AR would probably make a better substitute for the SU-16.

The AR/M16 has been in service for almost 50 years, what are you talking about? A better substitute to the Kel Tec lol.

In combat I rather be light with lots of ammo then heavy with just a few rounds, actual combat has proven that.

The number of rounds per kill tripled from WWII levels to a staggering 50,000 rounds for each kill. In Vietnam, the light and deadly M-16 became the overwhelming choice of our ground troops.
