Hi, been lurking around for few days and this is a GREAT site btw. I really dig guns and any chance to go shoot. I own couple handguns and rifles but my dream rifle is the AR 15 (M4 lookalike) I was very excited when I saw one here until I realized it's a fixed magazine and over the top loading, I cried little inside 
, but then I found this site with the bullet button solution with the lower reciever. there's still hope lol
My question is , I keep reading about registering the rifle? Doesn't it get registered when you purchase the rifle at first? or is that something you have to do on your own afterwards? Does it only apply to the AR's or AK or any machine gun lookalikes? I tried the search but I must be dumb because I couldn't find the answer
