closeup of trunnion markings please. should have s/n, date and arsenal proof stamp. proof=mfr.. furniture is bulgy poly. ITM=NDS. looks like a fine rifle. there were a small number of very nice hungarian kits imported last year, most were pre-sold before they became avaiable.

I bought this rifle from Pat at Metroshot. I will try to PM him to see if I can get more info.

I have one of these, and so does my father-in-law. They come with a lifetime warranty from Idaho Armament. I have not had any problems with mine. You will be happy with it.

            Here is their website http://www.idarmament.com/

ITM is not = to NDS.

NDS receivers are fully heat treated, ITM receivers are from a different company and the only thing heat treated on those are the axis pin holes and ejector tip, might as well do a flat build if your not getting a full heattreat.

Personally I wouldn't buy a fully built AK unless it had either an NDS or Global Trades/Armory receiver.

                  Is.your ..key.board. space.bar messed..up too........

Also I might add the the Hungarian rear sight is squared off below the notch on the piece that is numbered vs. the Romy which is rounded off. Easy if you compare side by side.

+1 on it being Hungarian. The front sight block is ID'd as Hungarian. Great AK. The ITM receiver isn't as preferred as the NoDak (NDS-3s), but still a good find.

                    Good luck.
