Magazine ban - disposal by burial?

Hypothetically speaking would burial on private property (again hypothetically speaking someone's back yard) be a legal way to dispose of magazines that would be illegal following a high cap ban?

If so, how does one go about burying magazines in such a way so as to preserve them so they don't rust or degrade? You know...so they don't damage the environment

        Disarming citizens unconstitutionally,
while up arming the government goons, and flooding the state with a illegal 3rd world population. You might need those magazines soon.

The radiation found in the Pacific ocean damaged the "kits" i used when we

went fishing and landed a blue fin tuna contaminted with radiation. the warden

said the best thing to due was to tie them (kits) together and throw them over.

the fish and game warden noted time and location via gps for disposal

Gangs here don't use those type of guns, regardless of what politicians try to make everyone believe. Maybe we can send them to Eric Holder to have him ship them to the Mexican Drug cartels.

You may not like guns, and choose not to own one. That is your right. You might not believe in God. That is your choice. However, if someone breaks into your home, the first two things you're going to do are, 1) Call someone with a gun, 2) Pray they get there in time.

Since the chance is highly likely that the firearm is stolen, and they would more than likely ditch the firearm after the crime was committed anyway, why they hell would they care if shell casings are left behind?
