    The reason why I said they were the same was becuase they asked for "Make, Model and Serial number" on both registrations.So yea they are the same just different catagory becuase they were focusing on the ".50bmg round" this time...
    I'm trying not to let anyone get into any trouble. Just because my boat is registered with DMV (as a boat), it doesn't mean that I can just put tires on it and drive it down the road like a registered car. Of course, they were both registered by make, model and VIN. BTW, I don't really have a boat but, that's not the point.
