            SKS

Here's everything you want to know about your rifle's function, including complete disassembly/reassembly instructions. On the right hand side under the maintenance tab, you'll find the .pdf's you need.

Push the rear cover forward with your thumb as you pull the pin out. They sell a tapco stock with the blade cut out for the bayo though I like a regular old wood stock much better. The ported part you speak of is probably the actual launcher with drilled holes, the drilled holes are there to deactivate the launcher. It's not like a 203 that you see on M4's quick search will show you the difference.

My yugo was caked in dried cosmo in the release that i had to force it to remove the trigger housing.I cleaned it up and now it works fine.It should have a replacement grenade launcher on it if not tapco makes one that is CA legal.

Blake, you said your SKS has a Tapco stock? I just want you to be 100% sure that you are 922r compliant.

I want to just replace it with a finished wood stock, will I be able to just drop it in?

I did get it through a ffl so wouldn't they have told me something was wrong with it then if it was not compliant? I am not keeping the tapco stock anyway, soon it will be for sale, so if anyone on here wants it that is in this thread, message me and I will save it for you when my wooden stock gets here.

Sks are bad ***. I got a china sks that I put a Russian stock on lol. Just be sure you keep the firing pin from getting too dirty or rusting.
