I got a phone call today from E3 arms and they told me they used to be plumcrazy. I guess they had my number still after all these years. I was excited because i was think My plumcrazy warranty is good still. She was telling me about promotions on new stuff. She said their stuff is 100% satisfaction. I was like wow that's cool so all my plumcrazy warranties they will honor?
She said no.
Lol so they sold me something that's lifetime warranty and they do a name change, now I lose my warranty and they expect me to buy more stuff? Anyone dealt with them yet?
