Best place to buy 10/30 or Rebuild Kits

Hey guys so since PSA is out and they wont ship anymore to Cali I feel like they had the best deals and I really cant find anyone else that has mags in stock for $9-$13 a mag for rebuild kits and around $20 for 10/30. I'm mostly interested in Stainless or Pmags.

Jestice Arms in Michigan, I purchased two sets of ten 30 rd mags as a parts kit with no additional cost. Maybe do a group buy, anyway vendor is on Gunbroker and was very quick to ship, I checked their website and it says out of stock for the 30rd. but the link below is active, with many more in his other available auctions.
