I was told that AR-15's and Russian AK's are the most demanded semi automatic rifles in CA. However I am not sure if this is true. I am hoping to hear some feedback from professional folks of the field. If possible, please provide a list of 5 or 10 most demanded rifles in California.
Any feedback is appriciated!Comment

I actually have 2 of those. They're 200 watt though, got it before the ban, they're actually classified as a class 1 assault phasersComment

Sorry for my mistake there, I thought those rifles are called assault rifles sence they were built to be used in war. What's wrong with my thread? I don't understand why people are ignoring my honest question.
I am going to be visiting a gun show next week and I'm planning to invest in a rifle. Would like to know which one would keep its value, since I am not much into shooting. Just want to make a profitable investment. I am more into C&R guns that's why my thread might look a little odd. Thanks to you all!
First of all they are not assault rifles, assault rifles are used to assault.
This is now going to end well!
I can tell you what assault the California laws have made on rifles and on gun ownership to law abiding citizens.
1. Bullet button
2. 10 round magazine limits
3. 10 day waiting period
4. 30 day wait in between new gun purchases
5. No CCW permits
6. loaded chamber indicator
7. CA approved handgun list
8. Gun locks on all handgun purchases
hope that helps.Comment

Awww, now I am starting to feel bad. If this post is on the level(which I have my doubts), I do not want a fellow calguner to feel like an idiot by posing a simple question. C&R or not, you should be very aware of the current political situation as well as the current CA legislation that is pending, hence the sarcasm. If this is an honest post, I recommend you spend a couple hours and research the forum.Comment

Please guide me, I have no idea. So if I even get to buy an ar-15 or an ak I will end up giving it away? What threads should I read?Awww, now I am starting to feel bad.
