need help

hello. on my first pistol upper build from parts. bought a phase 5 upper receiver, got an ice arms 7.5"barrel but just wondering which barrel nut i need to put on in use of spikes tactical 7" bar rails. this is the only part i'm stuck on any input would be greatly appreciated. and will all .750 gasblock fit and lined up for set screws? was thinking of buying the troy gasblock. just want everyones input who's done this before.

IIRC the BAR rail comes with a barrel nut included.
