maglock + pistol grip = legal.

maglock + pistol grip + folding/extending stock = illegal.

Tomorrow i'm going to try to go to one of my FFL's and see how to do this

Bought mine through Atlantic. No problems at all. I was on a Vepr forum and there were complaints with a company from AZ.

You can however install a collapsable/folding stock if the stock is fixed into the position.

shipping should be the ffl but you need to let them know and they will charge you $$ on it.
