    Loading AR Mags

Can you load an AR15 mag with stripper clips without using the spoon or speed loader?

If you've got strong enough fingers holding the base of the clip into place it can be done

If you want a sheet of skin on your mag, sure

if you don't have a spoon or speed loader, you're better off just loading the mag in the normal fashion. I'm faster pulling from the stripper than a box or bag, but the only reason I would do that is if I lost my StripLULA and the couple backup GI style spoons...

nope you need some type of tool to mount the clip to the magazine take them off the clip and load them manually

even with a tool i flip my mag upside down and use the edge of a table to shove in the rounds some times those clips are sharp

You can get a spoon for a buck or two.
I'd agree with you but then we'd both be wrong...

I know this is not what you asked, but...Get the striplula. It's worth every penny!

I tried everything to load with just the stripper clip and the mag. No go unless you don't like the skin on your hand. MHShooter is absolutely right about this one.
