What about "on the list" do you not understand?
The MAK-90 is listed. If it's not registered, it's not legal, no matter what features you have or don't have. If it's registered, you can have all the features you want.sigpic

If the MAK-90 is listed on the AW guide posted above, and it is not registered as an AW with the DOJ, and it is a working semi-automatic rifle, then it is not currently legal to posses or import in CA.Comment

You say swapped receiver?... What *exactly* does the new receiver say on it? If it is on the list it doesn't matter what configuration it is in.

This was a MAK-90 that was cut in half/receiver destroyed. Purchased new US made receiver from Elk River Tool and Die, new Tapco Trigger Group, Tapco Piston, US made Trigger Guard/mag release.
