    Colorado AK arms COAK Arms watch out

    I ordered from them almost 3 months ago, they were difficult to contact and finally said that they had 300 parts kits on order even though their website said in stock. Now, they're home page says chase closed their account so it's not their fault if you lost money. Bunch of crooks. I'm disputing it with my cc company but can they just walk away owing orders and just shine everyone legally?

      Ive also reported them for fraud with my cc company.
      Even if their claim is true, the way this is being handled deserves no sympathy from me. Co gun barrel company is a sister company.. boycott them as well. They have a statement saying they are no longer affiliated... I call BS.

        Well, if the barrel company is still in business, They are probably still at least affiliated in some way. Spread the word to boycott.

          I just found out the barrel company is indeed no longer affiliated. They are still good.

            Hello everybody.
            First let me state that anyone who knows me (there's about twenty members on this board) or has dealt with me will vouch that I am as honest as the day is long.

            Now, anybody that ordered a kit will get their kit and $100 from me.

            But it's gonna be a bit, as I have to pay for these kits from my own bank-and I sank everything I have into the barrel company. I am not worried about the return-my attorneys are including the cost of the kits, labor and other materials in the lawsuit now. Actually three lawsuits.
            All kits will have our proprietary barrels.
            I really would like to apologize for the idiot and the things he has done, but there's not much I can do, except for make it right with the folks who got, in my opinion, ripped off.
            I have been told by several people, including members here, that it is not my responsibility to make things right for some. But I figure it is.

            We built this company to number one by honesty and integrity-I hope that I can restore everybody's faith.
            So, like I said, it's gonna take probably another month or two, but you will get your kit and $100.
            And I will be building the kits personally, as well as machining the barrels personally. No more middleman or jokesters.

            As a side note, if you ordered a kit, please do not dispute the charges, as I just got everything straightened out with the bank and if will just mess everything up. If you would like a refund I can do that, too, but just like the kits it may take a bit.

            Also, we have nothing to do with COgunsales....nor will we ever, lol. I don't believe in taking a wasr and prettying it up and selling it for twice as much.....

              It is if you have a single ounce of integrity and you dont want a massive boycott of your barrel company.

              Thanks for the response, I do wish you luck on sorting this out.
              However, there was no mention of the sale of the company, and surely you had to know that these kits were promised by early May during your "transitional period".

              As the saying goes... Fool me once....
              My cc dispute stands... Unless you want to expedite this and give me my money back.

              I have no animosity here, if what you say is true then its a bad situation for all of us and I wont encourage a boycott of either of your companies.. But youve lost this customer.

                Well, hopefully we can gain you back.

                As far as phone calls and emails, we did not receive them. The phone was routed and we surrendered the phone numbers on the day of the sale.
                Everybody registered at the site got an email about the new owners.

                Either way, it is a moot point now.
                I want to make it right for folks, as you said, it's about integrity.
                Obviously, or I wouldn't have made the post in the first place.
                If you wish to dispute, that is your choice. But you should at least give me the chance to make it right.
                As stated earlier, I simply do not have the money to do refunds. I got ripped off out of a whole lot more than anybody else.
                Nor will I go to another investment firm as before. This will all be out of pocket and it's going to cost more than most people make in a year. It's not going to be easy for me, but it's what I believe needs to be done.
                Again, as I said before, feel free to call.

                  Todd, good talking to you. As a business owner, I know there is a lot that people don't realize that comes with running a business. Every single business has difficulties at some point. I appreciate you coming on here and reaching out to make the situation right. People in my life and in business have been understanding of some of my mistakes and hopefully will be in the future. Thanks again.
