    damn... I payed $3400 for my SCAR... I could have bought a lot of ammo with that extra 600 bucks.

                            When you shoot a SCAR17, then you will definitely know and notice that it's far from marginal considering the caliber (7.62 NATO/.308 vs 5.56/.223).

                                I gave up buying another 17s.. Built an AR10 instead

                                But I do have 5 use 17s mags for sale for anyone lucky enough to have a SCAR
