I have a opportunity to to purchase a AMD 65 rifle however I am Not sure of its origin there is a marking on it that says EA 04XX on 3 different parts. Tapco us trigger, tapco barrel, fixed stock, tapco mag, and welded muzzle. So its 922r comp. But my question is what doss the "EA"stand for-i know bits a importer but who? Any help would be great. Oh and a guess on value? Its 100% functional and a 8-10 cosmetically. I'll post pics asap.

All AMD65's are Hungarian, the EA and numbers are there to ID the parts on the kit. I would ask what kind of receiver that is built on. It has one thing going for it, that's an original barrel. There are 3 kinds of people in this world.

The others, well......they just never learn.

The gentleman sent me a video link... looks like she shoots crappy...gotta love Arizona (bullhead) hence the drum. No loose screws 300rds later he claims...still not sure if I want it... $500- too much? The screws don't scars me I'll just maintain it with red locktite and expoxy. Lemme know and keep the rivet prejudice to yourselves , honest options please

Ummm... Can you legally even buy a home build that doesn't have serial number and the manufacturer's information stamped in the receiver? I was under the impression that such guns were NOT legally transferable.

500 is to much.
Look at the price of a kit, then add how much you trust this guy to have built it right.
300 rounds is nothing btw. That's less then a day at the range.Sandstorm Custom Rifle Slings : Custom Paracord slings
