2014 California Legislature Approved Evil Black Rifle

    I had to share......

Unfortunately, it may not be far from the truth

?The constitutional right to bear arms in public for self-defense is not a ?second-class right,? subject to an entirely different body of rules than the other Bill of Rights guarantees.? ?.. "We know of no other constitutional rights that an individual may exercise only after demonstrating to government officers some special need."

I decided to go with the KISS principle for my assault stick.

On a serious note. There was just a case where the court ruled that a club or bat was a weapon. Don't have a bat in your car with no other equipment. Don't conceal that assault stick either. You could catch a felony.

When an officer "can't be expected to know the entire penal code", but a citizen is held to "ignorance is no excuse", this is equivalent to ME being able to sue my patient for my own malpractice-after all, the patient should have known better, right?

Throw a baseball and mit in the back with it and you should be golden.
