I kinda wish the lower were metal not polymer, definitely wish it had a welded rail but they're ugly as hell and the UTG for $17 is supposedly really good, and the wide handguard is much nicer looking.

That said, I just think the rifles cool, but now I wish I had a FAL!
Metal clipped and pinned SEF lower Parked.
Currently sold out, but email to be put on the list.

The parkerized one matches the GI park finish perfectly. You'll also need the safety selector lever made for the metal lower as it has a shorter shaft.

I was thinking about one of these too http://www.hkparts.net/shop/pc/PWS-F...or-121p837.htm

        Maybe I'll just get both
Haven't used the pws brake on a ptr, but on a scar they are great at directing recoil straight back and basically eliminating muzzle rise and twist.

The heavy buffer takes the harsh edge off the recoil impulse for sure. In fact with m80 ball I can shoot it as much as I want in just a t shirt with no pain or bruising. It really makes a big difference IMO and is a great bargain compared to the original HK oem heavy buffer. Again drop me a line if you have install questions and I'll talk you through it with a couple tricks. Grab some feeler gauges and measure your initial bolt gap and write it down. Here's a quick write up on measuring it and the specs you want. He states .012-.020 but the armorers manual actually lists a wider range. http://www.robertrtg.com/g3qa.html

Now you just need to figure out what scope to put on it.
Jeez, now that I think of it, why don't we just add a "No Crimes Allowed" sign in front of every city? Crime problem solved, police disbanded, instantly.
