Out of state FFL to assist w/ Gunbroker purchase?

Not sure if this is possible or legal. I'm considering purchasing a rifle on Gunbroker. It would need the stock pinned and a Raddlock installed. The seller is a Class 3 who ships to California but he is not willing to perform these modifications. Is there an out of state FFL who can take receipt of the rifle, modify it, and send it to my local FFL to complete the sale?

It is both possible and legal. The hard part is finding a ffl out of state that is willing to work with you.

Go to Gunbroker.com and search for item 344336240. They might be able to help.

You can use Henderson Defense in Nevada too.

            Stock pinned + BB?

I'm guessing your talking about a SCAR?

Why not find a FFL with an AW permit who could do that for you in state?

Or you can have them ship the upper and lower separately (if the weapon allows for that) and no modifications would be necessary until you want to reassemble it.
