First of all. ak-builder
I ordered what I thought was all my parts and then after further reading realized I should also get a FCG Pin Retaining Plate for 4.95. I ordered it and added a note to my original order made a few hours earlier.
Curtis sent me an email that he added the plate to my original order no charge.
Wow that is service.
So ak-builder was out of stock of the the Tapco trigger group. So I went back to the Arms of America website where I had ordered my build kit. They had the trigger in stock so I ordered it. I was bummed that I had to pay extra shipping but I had already gotten the UPS notice so figured it was too late.
The next day I got an email from them saying, we saw you had two orders and combined them and refunded your shipping.
Wow again.
Every bit helps paying for this hobby and both vendors went above and beyond.

I've been tracking their prices for awhile and nothing seems too far off of market prices. They still got FAL kits for $500 which are about what they are going for.

I bought my rifle kit at Arms of America $569
I bought parts from AK-builder and Arms of America. Total probably $200 including magazine and magazine lock
Then you need a build party to help you assemble. $50

The fun? Priceless
