    Budget build time...

    Need a lower on the cheap, $100 in the Elk Grove / Sacramento area. Any suggestions?

      Look for an ATI omni lower. I just picked one up for $75 from City Arms East in Pleasant Hill
      I use to be an anarchist but I quit that; there's too many rules.

          You won't find anything local to you that cheaply. You will find stripped lowers closer to $240 OTD.

              yep, that is definitely "on the cheap" ...

              Stag, S&W, and others will be in the $150 range. May want to step it up just a bit.
