*** FML (Free Mag Lock) Tool ***
I was lurking the other mag-lock thread and wanted to give folks a simple and free (most likely) solution for their CA mag-lock equipped AR-15's. Here's what you'll need:
-Gen 2 Pmag w/ dust cover
-Roofing nail
-drill w/ bits
-dremmel w/ grinding bit

You'll be drilling a small hole in front of your dust cover that will hold the roofing nail snug. Here is where I drilled:

(Dont mind the bit walk mark)

Trim and round off the tip of the nail. The length will be determined by how deep your mag-lock hole is:
