SMI NiB BCG questions

I'm looking for an NiB bcg for a friend of mine. I saw these were in stock at 15accessories.com , does anyone have experience with them? I looked at reviews online already, and it seemed to be hit or miss.

Edit: if these aren't good, does anyone have a link to an ~$200 NiB BCG they'd recommend?

From what I've been reading there was a bad batch of bolts that went outa couple months ago; I want to know if anyone's bought one recently and if so how it is.
