What do they offer that sets them apart from Magpul handguards, besides a different aesthetic?

This gave me another idear, move my free float rail on my ar-pistol to my 22lr and add delta ring & pistol forearm on the ar-pistol. ar-pistol has a micro gas block on it already, I got a f mark iron sights I can switch if needed.

Don't want drop another 100 bucks on a front sight.

MOE handguards simply look the best. Those two are pretty hideous
