I modified a larue handstop with a dremel and some needle files and sandpaper to bolt directly to the rail on this AR.

The same principle would work fine for your rail.

I rock these badboys Magpuls XTM, but reverse them with the thick piece on front. Still has to attach to rail. Cheers!

I like the Gear hand stops, easy to mod for non rail mount.

If you go through the drop down menu in the link, there's an option for DD's modular rail.
