Although I'm willing to wait for my order it does concern me a bit that you already charged me for it. I can overlook that though if you are doing this to account for manpower or new equipment to crank out products. All I'm saying is it would be cool to get a better update on how the backlog is looking since many companies seem to be getting items in stock now. if you are waiting on items from another company (which i wasn't aware of) then i might as well go direct through that company or someone else.
I'll give you guys a chance and wait for now cause i did read that other post several down where it says its a pain in the butt to cancel a order. I'm not trying to give you s***, but when you come on here promoting new items that show a live inventory but you have a huge number of people waiting on your former items I gotta ask what's up.
Example. You ordered in December your ETA is about may. How about spam email every couple weeks to all your customers?
