    Mags & Bullet Button Tools

First question, why are these in stock? Does everybody (nationwide) just want Pmags and not the metal ones? Is the price too high? $20/mag seems reasonable...

Second, what's a good bullet button tool (besides a bullet). Let's say it's the end of the day, and you have no bullets left to release the mag. Do you guys use another special tool? Looking at options for releasing the mags.

    Thanks in advance!

No idea why those are in stock.

Maybe it's because everyone already stocked up on mags, I had way more mags than I needed before the panic so I haven't had to buy any in months.

I use a .223 snap cap as a tool, there's always one or two in my range bag.

The end of your chamber flag works perfectly in a bb.
I'm glad mags are back in stock somewhere. And not wildly over priced like some.

Seems like Exile bought all the metal mags and are re-selling them. After all, they do have 18,xxx available!

Try one of these http://www.riflegear.com/p-511-raddl...-wlanyard.aspx. They are only $5.99 and if you are in the LA/OC area you can pick it up at their shop if you want to save on shipping.

We not only have those DPMS mags but also we will soon (this week and next) have Troy Battlemags, Surefire 60's, lots more PMAGs (including the mythical 10 rounders).

We currently also have ASC 30rd AR mags in stock.

As far as mags go, the market panic is beginning to subside. Ammo availability is the real problem, at least for the popular calibers.

I'm looking for those 10-rounder PMAGs. I hope they're at a reasonable price.

As far as bullet button tools, the Ultimate Bullet Button Tool by Thordson is awesome. I ordered a PMAG from them with one installed and I'm going to order some for the rest of my mags.

Try one of these, they also make it easier to install/uninstall your BB.

+1 for the chamber flag. Although, I use the wonder wrench installed on my dedicated AR-22 and have another in the grip on an AR as a spare.

Because there are several manufacturers of USGI mags. There is only one Magpul.
