What's the difference between the single and double hook?
Are the triggers interchangable between saiga calibers

The hooks relate to the cut on the reciever. Just get a single and it works for both styles.

As for the calibers, they for sure work on the 762x39, 545x39, and 223 models. For 308 not 100% sure.

Double hook vs. single hook below. check your receiver. I've only owned and shot double hook AK's but that's not saying much because that's a total of two AK's I've own/owned.

You can use a single hook in a double hook receiver.

From my personal experience, single hook g2's have a better reset than the double hooks g2's. IMHO tapco g2 single hook is even better than the arsenal 2 stage trigger.

I was under the impression that you could mod a single type receiver to accept a G2. What I'm told is that a G2 will take care of the AK trigger slap.
I've not tested this first hand, but can confirm after tomorrow when my rebuilt Maadi hits the range for the first time is about 20 years.

G2 come in both single and double hook style. No need to modify.
