How is the recoil after the brake install? After shooting 20-30 rnds on mine kills my shoulder.

I installed the brake on new rifle ( never fired ) so I don't have anything to compare it to. I fired 140 rounds today. It started to ache after that 140 rounds.

Look at a Limbsaver, that will help reduce felt recoil so can keep on shooting for longer periods of time.
