    Grip Question

I'm in the process of buying furniture for the wife's new AR. She can't stand the plastic one that's on there (I told her so). I like the ergo grips and have them on all of my AR's. She doesn't like it due to the fact it's to narrow (front to back it's fine, she's looking for one that is a little wider side to side).

Can any of you give me hints on what grips I can look at that are wider side to side (I told her we cold just wrap the grip in black electrical tape.. Needless to say, that idea was shot down )

Any help or advice would be appreciated.

What about adding a Houge grip to it?

We looked into the hogue (I have one on my Beretta 92). It made it wider, but also made it so big that she couldn't wrap her fingers around it (it added front to back, which we were trying to stay away from)

I like the MIAD grip from Magpul. It comes in a kit that you can adjust to her liking.

Check out the ambi ERGO grip. I've tried quite a few and ended up staying with the ERGO

Also check out the stark equipment grip. Little wider but not any bigger front to back. http://starkequipment.com/

MOE+...or the MIAD if you want full adjustability of size.
