How much does it cost to have a rifle anodized or coated with a permanent color? What are the options?

Depends on where you go and what type of finish you want( anodizing, Duracoat, Cerakote). I just had a stripped AR lower, upper and Spike's HBAR rail Cerakoted for $170._██_
