Need confirmation on featurless nature of this rifle...

Hey just changed up an AR and needed a confirmation on the featurlessness of it.

Magpul ACS pinned, grip is Exile machine that has been trimmed to fit. Only worry is if it fits the definition of a thumbhole stock, but since the grip and stock are not connected I wouldn't think this would be a problem.
Would it?

Well, read the definition of a thumbhole and ask yourself is that what you have there?
