    Ammo?

I really had not look too hard for ammo the last couple of months but does it seem like more ammo is starting to come back in stock? Does seems like ammo is more available lately but still at very high prices (vs. wasnt available at all)?? Once in a while there are ammo deals at reasonable prices that get snatched up pretty quickly..?

How long do you guys think it ll take before we see ammo stocked and available at a regular basis? Will prices ever come back down to pre-panic prices?

    It'll be a few months.

And I doubt it'll come down to pre-panic prices, slightly above pre-panic prices maybe.

It seems like there is 2-3 of these threads started weekly. Yes, ammo is available. Yes, it is way more expensive than it use to be. No, we don't know if the prices will go down or when it will be available. You have to buy it when you see it. If you don't, it's your loss and someone elses gain.

Because those who waited are the ones who are paying the inflated prices. They don't want to be left without again, so they are purchasing the ammo at higher cost, knowing that it will likely be more expensive in the future. Buy now and buy all you can afford. It's not going to get cheaper, trust me

What type of ammo are you talking about?

In the last 2 months I've only been able to buy 200 rounds of 223 for under 50 cents a round. I'm not going to pay more than that.

I disagree. Prices will come back to earth - just give it some time. I've seen the ups and downs and typically they come back down when more and more of it become available.

It saddens me to look at my stash of 5.56 and can't be able to shoot it...only got 2k rounds a few days before Sandy Hook.

IDK, it won't be cheap after the ammo permits and ammo taxes are in place.

Bass Pro had 400 rounds 5.56 in an ammo can for 230 OTD and 500 rounds Blazer 22 for 20 bucks last weekend. Prices will be norlmal everywhere else when idiots who think it is never going to get cheaper stop buying it at retarded prices.

I dont agree, suppliers are selling to distributors at the same wholesale price. It be a mistake for the distributors to continue to sell at a higher price. This would cause more people to reload their own ammo and make that part of the market jump in price but at a reasonably lower price.
